Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

Our world is fast paced. People feel a continual rush, our food is fast food, our phones are a constant reminder of where we need to be or who we need to call. We have demands of work, family and just daily routine that sometimes rob us from inner peace.

God help us all to slow down. Help us remember that when we feel rushed in this world, that you are always present.
