Just around the corner
Song of Solomon 2:11-12
11 For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone.
12 The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.
Often, our spiritual lives can feel like winter. We feel weary, cold, or stuck in a season of dormancy. Yet, just as spring is “just around the corner” in nature, God is always working to bring new life into our hearts. He is the God of renewal, promising to make all things new—not just once a year, but in our lives daily.
Thank you, Jesus, for the hope spring brings.
